Custoris Ltd Launches to Transform Social Care Governance

1 March 2026  ·  Custoris Editorial

UK adult social care has long operated with a structural governance gap — between the standards regulators expect, the systems providers use, and the training staff receive. Today, Custoris Ltd launches to close that gap.

An Institution, Not Just a Product

Custoris brings together three interconnected divisions under one institution:

  • Custoris Digital — developers of IGCA, a SaaS governance intelligence platform that automates CQC evidence generation and enforces staff competency against the CQC Single Assessment Framework’s 34 quality statements.
  • Custoris Care — a CQC-soon to be registered homecare provider based in Coventry, delivering person-centred home care across Coventry and the wider Warwickshire area.
  • Custoris Academy — a CPD-accredited, Skills for Care endorsed training provider whose completions feed directly into IGCA governance records.

The integration is deliberate. Most technology companies in this space have built products for care — but haven’t operated care services themselves. Most training providers deliver content that sits disconnected from the operational systems staff actually use. Most care providers adopt governance tools without the technical infrastructure to make them effective.

Custoris is designed to make all three work together.

Founded from Within the Sector

The company was founded by Cheta Ikemsinachi Ogbuzuru, a practising Registered Manager with direct CQC turnaround experience, dual-qualified in public health and organisational psychology. The IGCA platform architecture emerged from lived operational experience — not from observing the sector from outside.

The technical infrastructure is led by Kelechi Egbosi, a Senior Software Engineer at JPMorganChase UK with six years of enterprise cloud engineering experience across Python/Django, GCP, and Kubernetes.

Why Now

The CQC’s Single Assessment Framework, introduced in 2023, represents the most significant change to social care regulation in a decade. With 26% of registered providers currently rated Requires Improvement or Inadequate, the sector needs governance infrastructure that scales.

Custoris is building that infrastructure — starting with Coventry, and designed to scale across the UK.
