Our Care Services
A full range of homecare services — person-centred, clinically informed, and always compliant.
Every care service we provide is tailored to the individual. Before care begins, we conduct a comprehensive assessment to understand the person's needs, preferences, routines, and goals. That assessment informs a care plan — reviewed regularly and updated as needs change.
Personal Care
Personal care supports individuals with the essential daily activities that maintain health, dignity, and independence. Our care workers are trained to provide this support sensitively and respectfully, always following the person's preferences.
What this includes:
- Washing, bathing, and showering
- Dressing and undressing
- Oral hygiene
- Hair care and grooming
- Continence care
- Mobility and transfer support
- Skincare and pressure area monitoring
Adults who need support with personal care due to age, disability, illness, or recovery from surgery or hospital admission.
Companionship & Wellbeing
Social isolation is one of the most significant health risks for older adults. Our companionship service provides regular, meaningful social engagement — not just a presence in the room, but genuine connection.
What this includes:
- Conversation and social engagement
- Accompanying to appointments and activities
- Reading, games, and hobbies
- Support with correspondence and communication
- Wellbeing monitoring and check-ins
Adults who are socially isolated, recently bereaved, or who have limited mobility preventing them from maintaining their previous social connections.
Medication Management & Administration
Medication errors are among the most common and serious incidents in homecare. Our approach to medication support is structured, auditable, and governed through the IGCA platform — with every administration recorded and any deviation flagged immediately.
What this includes:
- Medication prompting (self-administered)
- Medication administration (trained workers only)
- MAR chart completion and review
- Controlled drug support (where appropriate)
- Liaison with GPs and pharmacists
- Medication reconciliation on hospital discharge
Adults managing complex medication regimens, those at risk of non-adherence, or anyone requiring documented medication oversight for regulatory or family reassurance purposes.
Meal Preparation & Nutrition
Good nutrition is fundamental to health and wellbeing, particularly for older adults or those managing long-term conditions. Our care workers can support with meal planning, shopping, and preparation — respecting cultural preferences and dietary requirements.
What this includes:
- Meal planning and grocery shopping support
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Monitoring food and fluid intake
- Support with specialist diets (diabetic, texture-modified, allergen-aware)
- Nutritional wellbeing monitoring
Specialist Care
Some individuals require care that goes beyond standard homecare support. Our specialist care workers receive additional training through Custoris Academy and are matched to clients with specific needs.
Specialist areas:
- Dementia care (including advanced dementia)
- Learning disabilities and autism
- Physical disabilities and complex care needs
- Acquired brain injury
- Mental health support
- End-of-life and palliative support
All specialist care packages begin with a detailed assessment by a senior member of our team. We will only accept a package we are genuinely equipped to deliver safely.
Respite & Live-in Care
Caring for a family member is one of the most demanding roles imaginable. Respite care gives family carers the rest they need — knowing their loved one is in safe hands. Live-in care provides round-the-clock support for those who need consistent oversight.
Respite care includes:
- Planned respite (regular breaks for family carers)
- Emergency respite (short-notice cover when carers are unwell)
- Night sitting and overnight support
Live-in care includes:
- 24-hour care worker presence in the client's home
- All personal care, medication, and daily living support
- Consistency of a dedicated care worker with planned handovers
