Care commences — with regular reviews and open communication with the referrer throughout.
Funding
We Accept
- Local Authority Funded Council-commissioned care packages, including direct payments
- NHS Continuing Healthcare CHC-funded packages from Integrated Care Boards
- Private / Self-Funded Private packages and personal health budgets
